Responsibilities:

Reminds clients/customers of their obligations;

Ensures client payment, and manages their payment records; and

Finds ways to solve debt problems quickly.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree holder: Accounting, Business Management, or related field

Background in Customer Service, Account management, or Bookkeeping
-
Fluent in English, both oral and written
-
Must have high quality negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Knowledgeable on laws that covers debts
-
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
