Sales and Marketing Assistant

The Sales & Marketing Assistant assists the sales team in preparation and coordination of sales & marketing documents and activities.
Basic Requirements:
-
Identifies new leads and opportunities through telemarketing;
-
Assists the Sales Team in preparation of Bid Documents, Accreditation Documents, Billing, and other sales-related activities and submits them to clients; and
-
Handles coordination for marketing activities such as Exhibits, Events, Digital and Social Media Marketing content and updates with Marketing Head and VP-Sales & Marketing.
Basic Qualifications:
-
Have a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering or related field;

Experience in the IT and/or communication industry is preferred;

Proficient in Microsoft (MS), particularly in Word and Excel;
-
High level of quality organizational skills;
-
Above average verbal and written communication skills; and
-
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
