Sales and Marketing Assistant

Job type: Full-time

The Sales & Marketing Assistant assists the sales team in preparation and coordination of sales & marketing documents and activities.

Basic Requirements:

  • Identifies new leads and opportunities through telemarketing;

  • Assists the Sales Team in preparation of Bid Documents, Accreditation Documents, Billing, and other sales-related activities and submits them to clients; and

  • Handles coordination for marketing activities such as Exhibits, Events, Digital and Social Media Marketing content and updates with Marketing Head and VP-Sales & Marketing.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering or related field;

  • Experience in the IT and/or communication industry is preferred;

  • Proficient in Microsoft (MS), particularly in Word and Excel;

  • High level of quality organizational skills;

  • Above average verbal and written communication skills; and

  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
